Looks great but NO instructions or customer support if you have any questions.
Cannot comment on water resistance and durability yet - just installed. Remember this comes WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS! You need to download the PDF file or watch the video. The problem is that everyone prefers the "Rooftop Walk" style, which I don't have. I'll admit it wasn't hard to figure out a way, but it would be great to have some comments on it beforehand. I also called customer service to ask about this and left a message. Apparently there is no customer service as I called last week and got nothing at all. So, a good product (it seems), but no customer service. I confess this is the first trailer cover I have ever used.
