I recently lucked into a free brand new desk, but it didn't have a keyboard tray. I reviewed several different trays and decided to take a chance on this one.and I am very happy with it! Having said that, I did just install it today, but so far it's great.I read over a lot of the reviews for it, which was helpful. One person suggested making a template, so I did, and that worked wonderfully. My desk is way too heavy to flip over, so I had to crawl under and drill the holes, but that template made it easy-peasy.It's true that the instructions aren't very detailed, but then again, it's a simple keyboard tray. I had no trouble with the screws like some people did, and I did pre-drill the holes. All in all, I'm very happy.
