If you can control the volume on your phone, you win. Telephone headsets are expensive, this one is definitely not. The headset and the sound quality are very good. The design did not disappoint us. I love it. There is a module that comes with the headset that allows you to adjust the volume, it's terrible. Well what I mean is that it has a slider that should certainly turn the volume up or down, but it creates crackling noise on the line and usually results in an on or off situation. Luckily my phone has a volume control, so I don't need the online module. However, if you do, it may not be for you.
