Installation resulted in a black screen so parts could not be used. :(

No idea why I got a black screen after installing new RAM for my Lenovo 300-15isk laptop. I reinstalled the original cards and everything worked as usual. My first contact with Adamantha was via FB messenger and I was happy to get more RAM and they responded to me straight away including a question about another computer. They were very responsive the first time. No response. So now I have another support request via their website Stay tuned I hope to solve this problem so I can give a higher rating and buy RAM for another computer.
