They stick very, very well, and are movable at first it you need to adjust them, and they still stick. Be sure to clean the spot first of dust or grease. I have 20 year old laminated cabinets doors. My old clear bumbers (this same thing I put on 10+ years ago) had turned yellow, so I peeled them up and put on fresh ones, through out my kitchen. I just wanted a subtle look of being cleaner. It only took my fignernails to pry up the old ones. I cleaned the spot if any adhesive left, and put down these new ones with no problem. Highly recommended.
