At home and in previous jobs I sat at desks where I could put my hands on the table while typing/using the mouse. In my current position, my desk is upright and I have no room for my hands. It's not that bad when typing, but I like to rest my elbow when using the mouse. This device is perfect. I still have to get used to it, but I can already feel the difference in my wrist, elbow and shoulder. I was a bit worried as the edge of my table is rounded and sloped down a bit, but luckily the corner isn't angled and it fits perfectly. I don't know how it will work for gaming, but it's easy to move around and it's also very easy to adjust the height.
