Very light action. on Parts & Components
The only downside I see compared to a traditional SPD pedal is that the spring tension is quite weak even in the highest position. Considering who this pedal is for, beginners and casual riders, I can see why they made it that way. It also comes with a reusable SM-SH56 cleat, making it harder for experienced riders. So I run with the SM-SH51 cleated shoe, which suits me best.
