You won't realize until you try to cook how many meals call for lemon, lime or orange juice in recipes, but I found out recently when I started a new diet and decided to make more meals out of it scratch. This juicer is the PERFECT addition to my kitchen especially when grilling as adding that little bit of flavor always helps and the way this product distributes the juice couldn't be better or easier in that regard. I'm also addicted to flavored water as part of my diet, and this little juicer makes it easy to add a few drops of lemon or lime juice to freshen up a cold drink. I'm certainly not a great cook, but I can honestly say that this is a product I never thought I would use so often, and yet it has become almost a daily habit to pull it out of the drawer when cooking gain weight. or have a drink during the day!
