No security code, no customer service
Failed to connect camera during installation. Asks for a security code on the side of the box above the serial number. No security code, allows setup to continue without security code, Manual scan QR code setup returns incorrect QR code for product and fails to install. Very frustrating. Couldn't connect to the network, wanted to connect to a different wifi that I don't have a password for either, so I couldn't connect that way either. Overall I wouldn't recommend it and would send it back immediately for a refund.
