Review on Neatz by Chris Lujan

I recently got several kitchen and household goods from Neatz, and I was really dissatisfied with the service. The website was challenging to use, and the product descriptions left me uncertain as to what I was actually buying. Several of the things in my order were broken when they arrived, and one was absolutely the wrong item. My attempts to call customer service were met with unhelpful, disrespectful, and seeming uninterested employees. Overall, I would not advise visiting Neatz to shop.
