I have loved Pix Star frames for many years (have bought about 10 so far). But this new model is so badly engineered that it's stunning. They can no longer be hung horizontally on the wall. They have mounting holes on the back, but they're three inches off-center, so they can't be used! There is simply no excuse for such bad design flaws. The previous generation had perfect mounting holes and screws on the back, perfectly aligned for vertical and horizontal hanging. This "new" generation seems to have placed the holes in random places to ensure they can't be hung properly! It's just a design flaw, pure and simple.
