Just received and installed my shower head. I had to install several times. I'm not happy with that at all. 3 out of 6 modes work as described. the other 3 don't even come close to making a Revain list. Problem number 1, although it does not fit properly in the spout or twists. Do not fully unscrew the spout. drops from this area. I took out the flow restrictor because my water pressure in this bathroom was the furthest and last water connection in the house, it was the only piece that came out as instructed. I hate returning products because using a printer is a huge headache because I don't have a machine or printer and return labels need to be printed. So I just spent $28 on another product. [UPDATE] The company that sells this shower head stands behind their products. I had to jump through hoops to get a 50% refund. 2 days ago there was a flash discount on this shower head which was on one of my lists. I was so excited yesterday because I knew he would arrive that day. It arrived and I immediately opened the box. Gathering the necessary tools, I removed the water relief valve according to the instructions provided [the only function that was 100% accurately described and instructed]. I completed the installation and tested in the shower. After a quick shower I had to abandon the install and repeat the install 3 more times as it didn't fully adhere to the joint and was leaking at the joint. I contacted the seller and told him my problem + three of the 6 modes do not work as described in the product description. [I have a disability, I don't have a car, the nearest postal center is about 4.5 miles down the road, an Uber ride there is $17 + $3 tip (×2 to get home), so I am it's not going to spend $40. to get a $28 refund. In order to get a 50% refund I had to email them a video of the product in action. The 1 minute 28 second video is 202MB (177MB compared to the 25MB maximum attachment size that can be emailed) so I had to upload it to my Google Drive and the link in the email specify. It took me removing 2 smart devices and not streaming or using anything to use my WiFi download speed of less than 4 megabits per second and waiting 17 minutes to complete this and email them the link again to send email [it was back and forth after several emails]. After seeing the video, they offered to send me another shower head and give me a 50% refund. I don't want that "luxury" shower head and should have received a 100% refund but I only opted for a 50% refund and received confirmation this morning. Nothing flashy about this showerhead considering I've stayed in cheap motels that have better showerheads.] Check out my video which was not suggested in my initial review.
