In response to some lower rated reviews

A lot of comments mention people couldn't spray the bottle - the tip has an off/spray/steam option - it's off by default - you have to twist it to make it spray. Many other comments say it smells bad, it smells like any other citrus scented cleaner, the smell is not uncommon.
