Update: 1.5 years later structurally intact but needs to be renewed. I VERY VERY regret we didn't take the time to securely attach the wipe clean protective layer to the wall and floor to protect the surface from pee, poo and dirt rising up and destroying the surface. My 14 lb diabetic cat has no problem with her large crate but shares it with a smaller cat. Some of his excrement smears a little on the wall and door and is difficult to scrape off. Some of his urine got under the entrance mat and bubbled up the wood, so I put a pad in there as well. I have pasted puppy pads on the wall but sometimes he tears them off. I'm tired of changing puppy pads. I only downgraded it to 1 star because I've found comparatively cheaper ones since I bought it.
