Great concept, works well, heats great, great settings, it's even a good size, I can fit some of my pans that didn't fit in my previous fryer. I can do things in this fryer that I couldn't and my previous fryer was a combi oven. Now a mix check as this is a combi oven that has a bottom and top heating element so food can fall onto the bottom heating element causing smoke to build up in your house which is not good. I use my deep fryers for everything including turkey steaks and the like. So if I want to cook chicken and the like, I can't get my whole house to smoke from the fat that falls on the floor. There is only one shallow tray to catch anything that falls off your food, the second tray they give you you can't even put on the heating element and it doesn't catch the fat that might fall down the sides. The second problem, I only have one pan that I can fit in at a time, what if I want to cook two dishes at the same time, I can't, it's sad for me, why do you give me two pans and I can only use? one of them in the oven immediately it bothers me. When I cook, I usually cook a whole meal. I can't put all my food on just one baking sheet, why don't you make two baking sheets that completely fit the length of the oven, I didn't get that. But I love that it has a roaster, different baking modes and temperature settings. Not bad.
