I almost returned this after using it once. I am new to hand grinders and it took me almost 30 minutes to grind a chamber full of beans. I thought I had adjusted the grind size for aeropress coffee (15 clicks) but realized I ended up with a super fine grind which is probably why it took so long. Then I figured out that I need to turn the dial at least one full turn and up to one and a half turns in order to get the correct grind size. After making that adjustment the grinding process only took a little over a minute. Coffee tastes great too!
