So this product is fantastic. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It has instructions that my 6 year old was able to follow. Set up in 2 days! He has an older brother who lives and breathes LEGO, so maybe he has the patience and skill to follow all of these instructions (which he actually did on his own without his older brother's help). If your child is good at following the step-by-step instructions and organization, this is a great product. If your child is not good at tapping when they are younger, I would suggest letting an older child do it. This is an intensive assembly of over 2000 parts. Another great feature is that the user manual also includes some information about Voltron. So, not only is my son practicing following directions and organizational skills, but he is also learning the history of this character to represent him in 4H competitions. Thanks for the product!
