I wasn't thrilled when they arrived but they seemed to do what they were supposed to do. However, I was immediately disappointed to find that it was by no means possible to remove the bags from the dispenser with one hand. (I bought this instead of another brand based on reviews that said you could use it one handed. I'm not sure how the people who wrote this managed to do that. I'm not saying that it's impossible, but I couldn't find a way to do it.) The best part is the pouches themselves, which smell nice and absorb bad smells well (as long as they don't tear, they're not very flimsy or flimsy). I find the dispenser to be quite bulky (especially the hook) and as some of the other reviewers have said, it pops open easily on its own.
