I have used this tool several times to clean corrosion from a supposedly bad sensor and relay contacts. Works great for this purpose, pays for itself after the first suspect sensor saved by cleaning. It is highly recommended to clean the nibs with a non-aggressive detergent to prevent clogging (just like sandpaper with paint, the nibs can clog from the dirt it scrapes off the pins).
