The ability for our reps (in different countries) can have their own screens in various languages without having too many resources or employees dedicated solely just towards this task alone! It is fairly user friendly - some of it requires screen readers/keyboard access but I think most people are ok using standard browsers like Chrome etc if they're tech savvy enough :) They also provide lots more information than we needed initially so definitely worth looking at your needs first before you engage them as there's always something else out now which may be better suited anyway!
