Review on ๐Ÿฆ Protect Birds from Window Collisions with UV Reflective Anti-Collision Window Alert Stickers by Amanda Stevenson

Yes they are suitable for home decor

For the last three months this disgusting robin has been thrown sideways at my window every hour since dawn. with a break of several hours in the afternoon, only to be resumed at dusk. I've tried everything and what really worked best was thin strips of aluminum hanging about 4 inches apart. Yes, it worked, except that when Robin wasn't banging on the window, the banging of the aluminum foil against the window sounded like banging nails on a blackboard. So down what came. The aluminum cake topper kept it away but drove me crazy all day again. I tried the marker grid trick. Forget it didn't work. I tried the long line hanging by the window. No, he just circled it. I tried an owl and it sat on its head. ๐Ÿ˜ก I tried snowflake stickers and it seems to have attracted him. I bought them out of desperation. And yes, they work. My only concern is that they are very expensive for what you get. This is a thin coated paper, very sticky. I had a hard time picking them up as you can see in a photo and can't even imagine what it would be like to take them off. I think I'll have to use a razor blade. I'm sure there are decals out there that are easier to apply and remove, but for now I'm just enjoying the sounds of silence.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs
