🐦 Protect Birds from Window Collisions with UV Reflective Anti-Collision Window Alert Stickers Review

I didn't have high hopes but am amazed that they actually work. We have 4 large 6X8 window panes on two floors and the birds beat them at least once a week. I'm a super bird lover and couldn't take it. So far I've seen three birds fly towards him, hover in the air and fly away. I just bought one pack and put them in the middle of each one and after a month I didn't have a single bird sacrifice. I am so happy and want to spread the word.

These decals look nice and are of fairly good quality. However, the instructions advise applying them to the inner surface of the windows. This may be normal on single glazed windows, but on double glazed windows birds simply cannot see these stickers. Not on a clear day, anyway, and I'm not sure that will ever work. I think putting the decals on the outside would work, but I'm not sure how long they will last before peeling off. They aren't removable so I can't try them outside without buying…

Received them today and immediately installed them on the sliding door and windows. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope this stops birds from flying through my windows. The product description says to place them indoors, but I placed them outside, which is recommended by both the Audubon Society and the Humane Society. Birds crash into the glass because it reflects the sky. Putting stickers on the outside will help break up the reflection and hopefully let the birds know it's glass.

I've discovered the hard way that the lower position of the sun this time of year makes my kitchen window look like an extension of the forest around us. deadly yet striking encounters between a yellow-bellied warbler and a young yellow-bellied sapsucker.
