Not what I imagined

I really don't understand how this product can be useful? Are you thinking of hanging it from the ceiling? If yes, how to hang it? There are no hooks or loops on the top for hanging. If you have 8ft ceilings, this one will hang too high, no point in putting anything in it, and it will be too small.
