I have had Cardinal Industries double 12 and double 15 dominoes before. What I love about this set is that it comes in a sturdy metal box, which is a lot better than the leather-look textured boxes that many domino sets come packaged in. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. First, the dominoes are a lot thinner than my previous sets. It required acquiring wooden domino stands to arrange their dominoes; otherwise they would often fall. Second, and much more disappointing, about a third of the knuckles were stained with paint. If you are a serious gambler, you will know that smudges or stains of color quickly allow players to see the value of these tiles, whether they are face down or in a player's foundation. With nail polish remover I was able to remove the stains in about two hours. The Cardinal product does not live up to the standards I have come to expect from them.
