Thanks to another review I read that it was recommended to attach the arms to the monitor before placing them on the monitor stand, my setup worked great! I did it without help in about 30 minutes. It also took time to read the instructions. I also took the time to align the monitors as accurately as possible before placing them on the stand. This was because one was slightly smaller than the other. The monitor on the left weighs 5 pounds and the one on the right weighs 9.5. I haven't had the tilt issues mentioned in other reviews, but that may be because my monitors are relatively light. I am so happy with my purchase. Working from home just got a lot easier.
