Great product from a great company. I was concerned about brown rice's protein source after reading about the toxicity of arsenic, sewage, and heavy metals. I contacted Sunwarrior directly and they reassured me how thoroughly they inspect their products before and after processing. This is in addition to the mandatory testing that is performed when a food product enters the United States. However, this product is not for those looking for fragrance. I use it because it has no artificial or added sweeteners and is easy to digest. It has a slightly metallic taste, but I don't care because it has seriously improved my life. Sounds superfluous, but it's true. This added protein in the morning helps me balance my blood sugar, feels energized and I've lost weight too. I mix this with frozen or fresh fruit and water in a blender. When drinking it alone with water or milk, I add cinnamon and cloves or apple pie spice mixes.
