Paid full false eyelashes and adhesives

I am giving 3 stars because I received a dirty used item but I paid for a brand new item. I paid full price for a fan with a few scratches and a dirty gray finish. Nevertheless, the functionality is good. Be careful when buying as they may send you a used product at full price. I was confused at first as I thought I might have accidentally ordered a used one, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The fan also serves its purpose and I cleaned it with Lysol wipes. I still think it's good that he's doing his job.
