I loved it, as did my customers when I first got it! But only after it worked for a month or less did it stop working! I thought maybe it just needed to be recharged, but no, it just stopped! I never gave up. He stayed where he was! But suddenly it started to get weird. I would have to shake it to turn it on, or tap it on the table or my palm! In the end it just faded away. I really like this fan and it has three speeds, very loud. The only reason for one star is that this fan had black fingerprints as it was previously used, also these items don't usually charge and this one was already charging which I find odd. I concluded that they sent me an already used fan which I don't hate. What I don't like is that they weren't decent enough to clean this product before repackaging it and sending it to another customer.

I am giving 3 stars because I received a dirty used item but I paid for a brand new item. I paid full price for a fan with a few scratches and a dirty gray finish. Nevertheless, the functionality is good. Be careful when buying as they may send you a used product at full price. Pros: Cute and light. I love that it has 3 different speeds. Cons: It makes a loud annoying noise. Especially in 2nd and 3rd gear. In addition, the air is distributed unevenly around the ring. In general it works. But it could have been better. I'll keep trying for a few more days but I'll probably look into another brand.

This is a good handheld fan, but not the best option for drying eyelashes. I bought it with the intention of using it after washing my lashes every day, but even on the highest setting I found it took too long to dry. It also feels very thin and cheap in the hand, which I wasn't expecting as it's slightly larger than other lash fans I see at Revain. I requested a refund and didn't have to send the item back, so I appreciate the customer service in that regard.

This fan is the magic of all my eyelash sets. I use it throughout my service and my clients love holding it in their hands too! It has 3 levels and a pleasant cooling effect for the eyes. I love that it's rechargeable and I don't have to change batteries!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I had another one to dry my eyelash extensions and when I got this one I realized the other one sucks lol I like the different power rates too.
