The bag looks solid and the material is nice. However, this bag will not fit a 33 inch tire. The problem isn't the diameter of the tire - you can probably hang it on a 40" tire, the problem is the width. The straps are just too short to accommodate even an average off-road tire. My tires are 285/70R17 and the bottom belts are at least 5 inches shorter. I think you can criss-cross the wheel without going around the hoop, but that's just awkward. I give it 3 stars for its rugged looks and price and took 2 because it will fit around an even bigger tire than mine, which it definitely won't.
