Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good headset to match headsets

UPDATE: After some use I wanted to address reviews that said it didn't work or you couldn't hear them. Originally I had this problem. The people I was talking to almost didn't hear me. The reason is the microphone. Remove the windshield and make sure the mic is pointing towards your mouth and you won't have a problem. Of course it's pointing outwards so it will try to come back, but for now make sure you speak into the mic, that's fine. I use it for random calls in a call center. The sound is good, the headphones are comfortable, I don't talk on the phone all day so I can't comment on constant use. However, I can say this. They can be a bit tricky to set up. I first tried it without an adapter and my phone immediately gave an error. I thought I set it up correctly with the adapter after that, but found that after being away for a day (a few hours later) my phone would bug again until someone came to turn it off. It's set up correctly now, but it took more work than I'm used to. The cable is also quite short, even with an adapter. I'm always at my desk when answering calls so I'm not affected by that, but if you want to move around while answering calls you'll need a phone extension cord if you can get one.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Functionality
