Can't turn off

I bought these for a business landline. Once connected, the line is on and open. No disconnect - no option to hang up. Very strange lack of this feature. I had to send them back.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Mike was defective, it didn't work

The return policy was great, I packed it and sent it back free of charge with the label printed out. What else do you need? Oh it would be nice if it worked at all. The RJ9 connector is so small that I don't want to remove it and attach it as usual.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • No instructions

Works great in phone accessories

I bought these for work so I don't strain my neck from typing and sitting on my phone all day. They work great. I definitely recommend calling someone to check the channel you need to be on to avoid echoes. But for the price, they can't be beat. They block most of the sound and are also comfortable.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • boring packaging

solid product. Good value for money.

Only used the headset for a few calls but so far so good. I might be in the minority, but I prefer headphones that enclose my head more than these. I don't want to use the word "free" because that's not quite true; they just don't fit. But it's preferable to a tight feeling, so it doesn't matter. What I don't like about the headset is the cable. It's just too short for my taste. If it was 6-8 cm longer it would be perfect. But again, maybe I'm in the minority. The sound quality is solid and no…

May not be compatible with Arama Call Center Dialer

I used this headset for work from home. I have an Arama dialer with an RJ9 port. The problem is that no matter what channel I use, my mic is either too quiet for the person on the other end to hear me, or I hear a continuous buzz on my end. I really wanted this headset to work. I'm not sure if this is incompatible with my dialer or if I have a bad device. I even tried it without the included adapter, I still heard a continuous buzz on my end and all my clients said I sounded too soft. I removed

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some issues

The quality is ok, the cable is longer.

I had hearing loss this year and need my hands free (otherwise I would have to hold the phone with my left hand to my right ear when I need to write). The sound quality, on the other hand, is good, but my own voice sounds dull. I wish the cord was 30cm longer so I can reach the kitchen table while I'm having a conversation. The extension roll does not stretch easily enough; several times I pulled the phone off the table before the coil stretched enough. I'll tell you the quality is just great…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Somewhat repairable

CHEAP AND WORKS GREAT FOR ITS PURPOSE

I had Jabra wireless earbuds on my phone for ten years and they eventually died. It would be too expensive to replace (the cost has more than doubled for similar headphones). I use it occasionally at home when I need a headset to free my hands. I went the low-tech route and used wired headphones with the "Handset" switch set to "Headphone". These headphones have a smaller RJ-9 style handset plug and when plugged into my phone's handset jack it worked perfectly (the headset has a built in…

Good headset to match headsets

UPDATE: After some use I wanted to address reviews that said it didn't work or you couldn't hear them. Originally I had this problem. The people I was talking to almost didn't hear me. The reason is the microphone. Remove the windshield and make sure the mic is pointing towards your mouth and you won't have a problem. Of course it's pointing outwards so it will try to come back, but for now make sure you speak into the mic, that's fine. I use it for random calls in a call center. The sound is…
