I used this headset for work from home. I have an Arama dialer with an RJ9 port. The problem is that no matter what channel I use, my mic is either too quiet for the person on the other end to hear me, or I hear a continuous buzz on my end. I really wanted this headset to work. I'm not sure if this is incompatible with my dialer or if I have a bad device. I even tried it without the included adapter, I still heard a continuous buzz on my end and all my clients said I sounded too soft. I removed the microphone cover and pointed the microphone directly at my mouth. For others it still sounded too quiet. I will return it and try something else.
