I use this product about once a year to keep my teeth white. They work very well. You will really see results the first time you use them. I don't drink coffee or soda so I use them in my skincare routine now. They have to stay on for an hour, so I usually use them at night before bed. Be careful not to place the strip over the edge of your teeth on your gums as this can sometimes burn your gums.
