Item received without plastic packaging and partially wrinkled. There should have been 14 treatments in the box but only 10. The person with the white teeth is probably to blame. Sent it back and ordered a replacement.

I got this from my dentist and it's the same. From this side they are about 25.00 less. They work. But if your teeth are badly discolored, they won't get it all. I didn't but my husband had a tobacco stain and they didn't remove the whole stain.
