they do their job well. Unlike other mirrors I've used, the mount is on a pole that allows for adjustment. I used it yesterday so can't comment on durability. The stem is decent despite an update: I've been using it for a few months now - and they're really good. My freeway is a bit like a race track (3 lanes all packed with 80, no lane discipline - changing lanes, no signals that come on all the time - don't use mirrors and sit in a dead zone). I adjusted them so I can see all adjacent tracks - they are very, very good. Easy to install and very clear. I rely on you
