What happened to the quality?
I have been using these cotton pads for many years. The reason I like them is that they are tough but gentle on my skin. The price is amazing too. This last package I received is terrible! I use them with different water to clean my face. After a smack or two to my face, the top layer completely peels off and splatters all over my face like cotton. I was very disappointed. I hope I have just received a faulty batch and no changes have been made to the product. I will try to order again but will not buy them again if I have the same problem.
