I would like to start by praising this item. It is beautifully decorated and very attractive to look at. The idea is great. However, after I found out that the buttons are made of plastic, I initially decided against buying it. I expressed my disappointment and received a very nice email from CUSTOMER SERVICE suggesting that I should at least try. That's what I thought I would do. I was really looking forward to my package yesterday. I immediately opened it, read the information and instructions, which are very clear and very nicely presented, and started charging it for two hours. When I tried to activate (turn on) it, nothing happened. I've tried every possible way to make it work, turning it on and off etc etc and nothing worked. that the quality and functionality of this device is poor, unreliable and cheap. I would suggest that future versions of this gadget are made from materials that better reflect the quality and durability that it should have and that make it a pleasure to use. And most importantly, please make sure it works before sending it to buyer. It is possible for you to go through a thorough verification process before sending it to the customer. That way, the client doesn't have to do as much gymnastics to figure out why it's not working. It should be easy and not cause undue stress just trying to make it work. Finally, I would like to be informed when a new item is created in the future. One that's made from quality materials, avoids plastic as much as possible, and something that works really well and that when you plug it in you can tell it's actually charging without having to plug and unplug it as often. until you see an orange light. There should also be a light showing that the cell is fully charged. That didn't happen to me! In my opinion, it's better to make something of very good quality that will work very well once, even if it costs more money, than to try to cut corners and make something so cheap and spend so much money. This review is meant to be constructive and I hope your company will make this device in a way that I can actually buy it, enjoy the design and use it. Again, if it costs more money to create a better product that is truly reliable, I wouldn't mind paying more. Many Thanks.
