As this is the second unit not used much I decided to go "cheaper" and this one instead of spending $40 to $50 on name brand knives. I also knew that if there were any problems in the first month I could return it to Revain. paired with my chamberlain lift and works great. If after an unusually short time it stops working I will come back and change this review. But for now I'm very happy I bought it and it works as advertised and as I expected. ADDED after 6 weeks: I've been using this garage door opener 2 or 4 times a day since I bought it. It is more sensitive and operates at a greater distance from the gate than the supplied control unit. I give him an unreserved recommendation for the LiftMaster MyQ gate that I have.
