Terrible Remote Control, Avoid Purchasing
The remote control that came with my television accessory purchase was a complete disappointment. Electronics should be functional and user-friendly, but this remote falls short on both accounts. As my tests showed, it often failed to respond to simple commands and required multiple attempts to change channels or adjust the volume. The only positive aspect was that it felt sturdy in my hand. However, the frustrating experience outweighs this one pro, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.
