Review on 🌷 Tulip Etimo Rose Crochet Hook, 10.5/6.5mm by Tulip Needle Company: Premium Quality Crochet Tool for Effortless Crafting by Doris Tran

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm so glad I found Tulip Etimo!

I have been crocheting for several years now (longtime knitter) and I have struggled with wrist pain and particularly numb fingers when crocheting. I noticed on a crochet forum someone was asking about ergonomic crochet hooks and I immediately started doing my own research. Popular ones seem to be Clover (Soft Touch and Amour) and Furls, but I've noticed that some knitters swear by Tulip Etimo. After reading reviews about Revain I bought this hook. I also bought a couple of Furls hooks (faired and odyssey) as well as a Clover Amour to test them all out because hey, you really can't have too many hooks :) Tulips are by far my favorite, although they're all deaf seem to help and wrist pain. However, tulips are so easy to lay down that they have literally made me a better knitter. My stitches and chains are more even. My first test with a tulip was a basket made from three skeins of cotton yarn. I've already made two of these with regular crochet hooks and not only did it hurt my wrist and hand, but they were a bit flexible because I couldn't pull the seams taut. Enter my new tulip and my next basket was nice and tight and NO WRIST PAIN. Compared to the Clover Amour, I found the Tulip to be a lot softer - it really is like butter and you just don't have to squeeze it as hard. The Furls Streamline is good too and the Odyssey is very smooth if a bit heavy (I don't mind but others might). As a result, Tulip is now my favorite hook and I have multiple sizes. Oh, and pink as a bonus - each shade is a little bit different - so pretty! Don't hesitate to buy these hooks, your hands will thank you.
