Speaking of size recommendation

I followed the recommendation to order a 20 x 20 insert for an 18 x 18 case, the result was like a basketball with glasses. It was ridiculously crowded. Also, the stitching near the zipper broke a bit when I tried to insert it into the case. I reordered the 18 x 18 insert and now it's just right. It looks and feels like a pillow. I would suggest ignoring the recommendations and ordering an insert the same size as the cover. The rest of the insert looks great. Remember to fill the corners with stuffing if they aren't completely filled.
