Because I enjoy my coffee with milk and cream, I make cappuccino the majority of the time. Strangely, when I first purchased store-bought milk with a fat content of 2.5%, the foam was whipped and thick, like cream or proteins, but contained no sugar. When I later purchased a draft with a fat content of 4%, the foam was liquid with large bubbles. It is going to get cleaned, the filter! There are three members of our family, and we all (usually) consume coffee when it's most convenient for us.
