The ability to configure your sub-domains to point to different apps (eg GSuite, Cloudflare etc) without having to host them yourself is very useful. There's no way to add custom records (e.g. CAA records for Let's Encrypt). This makes it less flexible than other providers when building out more complex configurations. It's hard to debug issues with the UI; you're better off digging into logs to find relevant information. It's easy to set up and administer, so we didn't have too many complaints until recently. We've been able to reduce the number of servers we run by using subdomain aliases instead of managing A records directly.
