I've worn Merrrlls for many, many years and always find them to be exactly what they advertise. Unfortunately, after buying the last pair, it turned out that the pictures of the available colors on the site did not correspond to the truth. I ordered a couple of taupe colors that have been in the Merrell range for many years; however, even though the website lists the color as "powder smoke". Of course I opened the box and the shoes were light gray... A la "powder smoke". In other words, the image on the website did not correspond to the reality of the product being sold.
