The idea of buying a car holder for my car has been on my mind for a while. I drive a 2002 Honda CR-V and there is very little space in this car for modern equipment. I've tried dash mounts and air vent mounts, but none have been entirely satisfactory. The plastic casing on my car's dash meant the dash mount didn't hold up very well. The vent mount was a bit better, but I had to remove the case on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. It was clunky and disruptive. I really loved the idea of adding a cup holder that didn't require me to remove the case or add a magnetic strip to my phone. Construction and Compatibility The TOPGO car cup holder mount arrived two days after the planned first day. That's the only reason I'm giving four stars. It's easy to set up if you follow the instructions. I didn't have to use bumpers to fit the mount in the cup holder. I am very pleased that I can adjust the gooseneck and rotate the device without worrying about my phone falling. It can stay in place when the phone is held horizontally or vertically. Although I prefer to have the phone in an upright position when driving. Overall, this is an economical purchase that allows me to stay safe when behind the wheel. I no longer have to pick up the phone and risk a car accident. I can see my text messages and other notifications clearly. Good product! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the dashboard or magnetic mount.
