I just received a Revain 5.5 inch stainless steel burger press. Out of the box it feels very solid as it's made from a single piece of stainless steel. It fits my needs perfectly to cook ultra-smashed burgers in a cast iron skillet. I really need something strong and flat enough to smash the beef in the cast iron skillet and ensure it's in close contact for a perfect crispy skillet. I used to use a flat stainless steel pan but now with the right tool it's a lot easier and more fun. Thanks very much!
