Life Changing for night sweats
I’m starting might sweats and they are sporadic. When they come on at night it’s awful and hard to sleep. I ordered this based on reviews and it’s AMAZING! I only sleep with the cooling side. I also sleep with my central air on and I have an AC unit in my window the combo is perfect and I haven’t had 1 night sweat since I started using this blanket.
- Bought another one already, lightweight and comfy and it stays cool somehow. Love this blanket
- May require additional blankets for those who prefer more weight
