Not as good as what I already have

I bought it as a spare to leave at the office but the one I have works much better: I tried it on a video conference and they said that doesn't sound so good. So I'm bringing it back and see if I can find another one that sounds better on the other side. It does its job, it's just not good enough for what I'm looking for.
