I thought about it for a long time, but I was still a bit skeptical. It's not a miracle cure, but it definitely reduced storm stress by more than half with one of my shelties. Barking and panting were a big problem for them. And the improvement is nothing short of amazing. In short, it's like swaddling dogs. It creates gentle pressure and is adjustable to increase pressure as needed. Everything is adjustable with Velcro fasteners. The shirt itself is made of a very soft material.
