The screw on the bracket sheared off after a hand barely tightened, must have been a bad one. Vivo quickly sent me a new one, I like it very much. Super durable. The only problem is that it doesn't rotate much, so you'll need to carefully level the TV before tightening the mounting screws on the bracket. wow not whats going on
